After a fast--or, more specifically, a liquid protein diet--most people put all the lost weight right back on. That being so, it seems unlikely that any little book will do much to after the figures (pun unintended). But where such a prop might help, Sinaikin's sensible if familiar advice on all aspects of weight maintenance is easy to take, with no rigid schedules or formulas, just comfortable talk about hunger (don't eat without it), small portions (instead of calorie counting or forbidden foods), regular exercise (what kind is up to you), and positive thinking for better self-esteem. Nothing new here except the post-fast angle, but supportive for that niche.
