As Gordon Ashe means Patrick Dawlish following up on why an innocent girl, Lucy, is knocked down by a car driven by a playboy with two bullets in his head. He's not around for long, obviously, but he is the son of a prominent man who ultimately will order Dawlish to discontinue the investigation. . . not before one of his policewomen is killed and assorted other malfeasances from England to Germany take place. Rather good in this series, so better late than never.
