THE LEGION OF THE LOST

Further in the espionage experiences of Dr. Palfrey (of not too recent vintage), Drusilla Blair and their sides -- new engaged in rescue work on the continent to extricate valuable Germen brains, now political prisoners. First assignment Norway, where they rescue a Dr. Faffleck, and take along Hilde, victimized Norwegian girl. Next mission Copenhagen, to salvage a Dr. Erikson, and come up against the Nazi Baron Lichnor, giving out peace feelers. Lastly Berlin, where Hilde is used to spy on the dangerous Von Otton, and where they realize she has been working on the other side right along. Last roundup of Lichner, Von Otton and Hilde -- and the blowing up of a German prison to release a whole ""legion of the lost"". Somewhat after Oppenheim, fancy and more than a little naive.
