VICTORY OVER FEAR

If there is a demand for this type of home therapy, this book comes nearer to filling the bill than Cowles' Don't be Afraid. The author is at Yale's Institute of Human Relations. He writes matter of factly and practically of various sorts of common terrors. He advises using fear to conquer fear, since most fears are unreal ""shadow fears"". Self study is the key, methods of self study, rewards and more detailed study of fear in its tie-up with sex, anger, insecurity. Fully insulated with case histories, drawn from his experience.
