Smackers heavy Steam Boat Louis, whom Sneakers has just burned off the court, is the obvious suspect--but, pressured by Jets and tipped off by a Dick Tracy comic (""Look for left-handed clues""), Billy Jo and silent partner Sunset put the finger on Rug Cutter, a jealous Jet, and retrieve the sneakers in time for the game.
