Father Moffatt, popular spiritual adviser and retreat master to nuns, here adds another volume to his ""Sister Series"" which includes ""Listen, Sister"", ""Look, Sister"", ""By the Way, Sister"", and ""Pray, Sister"". Subtitled, ""Reflections for Nuns, Young and -- less Young"", the author in simple, down to earth language presents a series of fatherly talks on mortification, silence, obedience, poverty, chastity, prayer and sensitiveness. Sisters will find reason to smile often at Father Moffatt's gentle humor, especially evident in the names he chooses for the nuns in the book. However, they will also find many passages worthy of prolonged meditation when, for example, Father Moffatt reflects on obedience as a sacrifice of self whole and entire. ""Step This Way, Sister"" immediately suggests itself as an ideal book for recently professed nuns, but its excellent subject matter and presentation will make it worth while for any Religious.
