ANGELS COULD DO IT BETTER: The Story of Dumbarton Oaks

The first of an new educational series of pamphlets, dealing with topics of timely interest. In simple form, with not too detailed a text, divided under apt headings, the purposes, principles, and the essence of the plan of organization of Dumbarton Oaks is presented for the man in the street. Dumbarton Oaks is defined as the ""Continental Congress of the United Nations"" -- its initiators idealists, but not dreamers. The General Assembly, the Security Council, the International Court of Justice are defined, and emphasis laid on the new factor in the economic and social council concept. The choice is up to us -- cooperation today or World War III tomorrow. The pamphlet is popular in appeal -- available in quantities at $37.50 per thousand.
