FUN WITH WIRE

The latest of Mr. Leeming's ""how-to"" hobby and craft books is a good guide for anyone with a yen to bend and twist wire into shapes and articles- useful and ornamental. Topics covered include general rules for starting to work with wire- the basic tools being pliers, jigs, scissors, metal cement and a simple soldering outfit. Different kinds of wire- from iron to gold, are described too. Then, beginning with simple projects, the following sections instruct in the construction of household articles, jewelery, decorations, figures, mobiles and so forth.
