TO A BLINDFOLD LADY

Racy yarn, and overloaded. The plot includes local crime rackets, dope, illegitimacy, adultery, blackmail and payoff money in the murder of the white-haired boy of the Star, a midwestern muckraking sheet. Link Brand, reporter, takes up the disappearance of his rival -- and the owner's favorite, Tyler, and digs up a lot of dirt which involved Tyler's three women, his tie-in with the local mobster, and his own private blackmailing enterprises.
