A regimen for the too robust includes not only menus for an initial 21 days of eating less (let's face it- less well too) but continues planned meals for sustaining your gains. I mean losses. Along with the diet itself, there are general remarks about nutrition, the importance of fruit and vegetable juices, preparation of the meals- salads- and dressings, the achievement of eye beauty, correction of foot faults, etc.... Probably the chapter headings ""Beauty Fare for Fair Ladies"" and ""Merry Meals for Hefty Males"" will do as much as anything to take your appetite away.
