DAUGHTER OF DIVORCE

A light novel built on the results of divorce in the life of a girl, buffeted between two homes, -- a mother who is an opportunist and a socialite, and a father who is pedantic and self-engrossed. Elizabeth is jilted by a play boy; decides to marry an earnest and brilliant young professor, but slips the halter just in time and elopes with the play boy. Then comes hard luck (deserved?) -- and a thorny path to true love. Unresolved -- so so. For rentals.
