IN A HAWAIIAN VALLEY

A charming gift plus sale item, and a beautiful piece of book making. The text offers a number of pen portraits, personality sketches, little stories, characteristic of the people who try to live the good life of the free man, representative of the best of the native Hawaiians. The pictures, sketches in pencil by Madge Tennent, well-known as an interpreter of the Polynesians, reflect the quality of the text. But the sales appeal will lie largely in the beauty of format, lovely binding, fine typography, paper, and so on.
