THE AMAZING I SPY ABC

Adults will need to grab their eyeglasses when sharing this game-in-a-book version of I Spy with children: Good vision is mandatory. There are three levels of difficulty, all of which involve finding pictures of items beginning with a designated letter. The easiest level uses spy holes to both highlight and mask one main object; skilled players have to find more objects, with a quiz at the book's end (where the answers also reside). As to the illustrations, onlookers will spy with their little eyes lots and lots of detail! It's an alphabetic Where's Waldo? in these pages, without the peppermint-striped shirt to tip children off.
