TWINKLE, The Baby Colt

Twilight is a frisky, disobedient little colt who thinks he is wise enough to go out into the world alone. He has some adventures that change his mind quickly. Twinkle is very happy to find his mother and his home pasture again. This is a pleasant, attractive book, good for reading aloud to four and up, while second graders would enjoy reading it to themselves. The illustrations, by the author, are tender and lively; type is good; dependably popular subject. Board.
