Melodrama on the Summer vacationing circuit, as two girls, in a group setting out for New England, run into adventure on the first leg of their journey at Block Island. Everything breaks loose when one of the girls ""shoots"" an ""interesting looking character"" with her camera, when they are stopping for a snack at a roadside stand. In the flurry that follows, Sally picks up a wrong package which they later discover contains a diamond pin, part of the loot from a recent headline burglary. The ""interesting looking character"" turns out to be the thief, and he, with his accomplice, trails the girls to their next stop. The story gathers momentum and it looks as though Sally will stand accused, until her negative provides the evidence to clinch the case. Light fingered mystery trips the shutter gaily.
