LONG WAY TO TEXAS

Texas isn't the only place that's a fair piece away from where you'd like to be--this is strictly a formula western even if untried hero David Buckalew belongs to the Confederate Army and he's got to capture some wagon loads of ammunition from the Yankees. More? Well, there's a leading landowner named Townsend with a pretty daughter who can also nurse but then there's a long war between them as well as that long way from home. Just like it always was out there where the western began.
