THIS IS MY AFFAIR

First rate entertainment in the biography of a Polish woman, whose home was Russia, from which she escaped with her grandmother and sister to Warsaw, during the Revolution. From then her career was filled with variety, color, adventure, romance. As secretary-interpreter to Isadora Duncan and her Russian husband, her trip to America, successive jobs, a marriage for friendship -- which didn't work -- Hollywood --writing. An intimate journal, -- young love, human contacts, background details, steps of her growth, reflections on things, people, situations. An interesting piece of work.
