by Lorraine Henriod ‧ RELEASE DATE: July 1, 1969
Briefer and easier to read than Let's Go To a Zoo, this is also far less informative, consisting of a quick look at various species, a little data on their behavior and acquisition, and a few examples of the care they require (the new-born cubs of a neglectful jaguar are put in an incubator, a kangaroo gets a long-distance shot) all as explained by the zoo keeper. A meager guide for an alert seven or eight-year-old, and no pleasure to look at whatever the age.
