Another of the last train from Berlin fraternity, this is a coverall of Nazi Germany of the Chief of the A.P. in Berlin. Well-informed, well-coordinated as this material may be, the subject makes it a twice told tale, and Lochner adds little that is new. He traces the steps by which Hitler came to power, the Nazi methods which came with him, Hitler youth, justice, the German Army, and lessons to be learned of military value, bottlenecks in transportation, manpower, labor-and raw materials; mistakes with the declaration of war against America the gravest for Germany; propaganda, the press, religion. And the conclusions, -- that there is another Germany which is strongly anti-Nazi, and will come through after the war. And secondly, that agressive action, air supremacy, nuisance raids are among important factors in winning.
