This includes barring entry of those ""not fully entitled"" to immigrate and deportation of illegal entries. In the process of setting down prerequisites and procedures, from the limitations of the quota through requirements for naturalization, with way stops for the interrupted Journey of aliens in trouble, Mrs. Boggess does a creditable, helpful job which will be of assistance to anyone in becoming a citizen. It will also make the natural citizen realize what citizenship means.
