HOW TO HUNT WHITETAIL DEER

About all a hunter would need to know, we suppose, about killing Whitetail deer. The author takes great pains to point out that there are plenty around and conservation methods are paying off, although there is a warning to hunters to conduct themselves with due regard for laws and etiquette. Arms, stalking techniques, firing and trailing wounded deer, camping, safety and gun cautions, as well as equipment advice. The Whitetail deer is noted for its ""shrewdness. . . . grace and fleetness."" He'll need it.
