Further Fripsey doings (see Bright Days- 1952, Fripsey Summer- 1953) see this large family through more cheerful small town life. Adventures, sparked by Sue-Sue, Patty, their brothers and their friend Marcy, include a club house, seasonal parties, school performances and lessons on the recorder from the two spinster musicians who move in nearby. The recorder playing and studying Elizabethan times at school merge in a finale performance that leads to an invitation to repeat their show on television.
