ALL IN OUR DAY

A collection of short stories which have appeared in periodicals, showing Komroff as a short story writer of invention and versatility. The macabre, ironic, weird, sentimental, poignant in turn, for a motley group. The first selection presents stories of fighting countries, of persecution and resistance; the second, a miscellany of modern stories; the third, strange tales. Ingenious, but with perhaps a higher merit of conception than finish.
