THE VOICE OF MURDER

The decorous proceedings of Septimus Finch, acting Divisional Inspector (Westhill Division, London), in the case of a suicide which turns out to be poisoning. The dead woman's romantic niece, her doctor and the rest of her family link into a long standing enmity with the family next door which soon adds another corpse. Finch's capabilities meet their test with household basales untangled and a killer caught. Aplomb.
