THE WEATHER HOUSE PEOPLE

This bridges the upper bracket of the 6 to 9 year olds and the lower bracket of the 9 to 12's. A more or less innocuous story for those who like the type. Jean's imagination imbues the inhabitants of a Swiss barometer with life and they tell her the story of their life. Blend of fantasy and realism, which children who have a ""weather house"" will find engaging.
