Rules about eyebrows and rules about noses. . . ,"" Shiver, Gobble and Snore attempt to live in artless anarchy but find that harmony is impossible without ""good rules"" (those which everyone has a hand in making -- impartial in their application). Suggestions for activities to ""reinforce the concept"" are appended, and adults who don't shiver at the simplified definition might find it enlightening to see whether a group of children (as per activity #1) can agree on ""good rules"" as easily as the story's cooperative protagonists.
