TONY'S BIRDS

Having explored plants and fish life in this author's previous contributions to the I Can Read books, the young child, with eyes open to natural phenomena, now learns the basic tenets of the art of bird watching. Adding field glasses and guide book to a keen observation, Tony gains much satisfaction in discovering a bluejay, a teacher bird and an ovenbird. Once having identified the birds, Tony is now ready to observe their habits, which he does with great skill.
