High energy, low stability. In the pattern of Ill Drove a Truck (1967 -- or . . . Flew a Plane, 1970), a little boy tries out more cars than you'd ordinarily think of -- in terms that you wouldn't think of (chronometer for tachometer) and in ways that you might not think well of either (e.g. removing the muffler to make more noise). Neither would you enter a dragster at Indianapolis -- the illustration is correct, the identification isn't. And in the third spread a mistake in proofing results in two sentences being run together. Otherwise perky if frivolous, this way perilous.
