Myrna Blyth has written short stories for Redbook and Ms. and this could entertain some of their readers--a live production number about a Jewish-Greek princess who is about to deliver the child of Nicho Anapoulis, one of those three-million-dollar magnates who had remained childless during the 30 years of a pathetic earlier marriage. Suzanne, once a model, flawlessly beautiful on the outside but empty on the inside until now, had always run away from commitments of any kind. But here, on their own little Aegean Island where the nativity is to take place any overdue day, she is fully attended by Nicho (when he's not on the transatlantic telephone), a Swiss obstetrician, a Sister Hardcastle who tries to make her do her psychoprophylactic exercises, and her best friend Aileen who tells this story which becomes more crowded and complicated with the arrival of Derek who might be the father of the baby. Pampered Porthault pillow talk and amusing as such.
