YOUR CHILD FACES WAR

A small book with a good deal of truth and a good deal of tripe about training children against war and war propaganda. The author starts with what seems to us a false promise, that quarreling in the home makes a child susceptible in after years to war hysteria. The constructive aspects of the book suggest that the study of existing institutions and their functioning is a constructive step towards preservation of peace. Appeal --parent -- teacher groups, child study groups, anyone interested in peace. But limited because of its own limitations.
