THE GROUPSEX TAPES

Corroborating Gilbert Bartell's Groupsex (1970, p. 1320) findings although extending the claims (incidence -- there are ""several million"" swingers), a television news writer and his associate who ""develops film properties"" have spliced together their Ampex dialogues of interviews with 98 participants. Among them Alan who after twenty years still has a body count of ten women a week; John and Sandy who find it's good exercise and inexpensive; Dr. X, a psychiatrist, who insists it's a ""great leveler""; Lynn, who at 11 was a ""teensy little bit"" surprised to learn about her father's activities; and many, many others who contend that it's more integrated, liberated and honest. There is considerable detail on 'pleasuring' and being 'pleasured' throughout and we can see no useful purpose for a book like this other than as a way of getting your jollies without exercising. . . taste or judgment.
