MACAW: The Story of a Parrot

An Original yarn, the story of a South American macaw, sold to a German zoo, meeting his love, there and suffering privations with her during the war. They are separated after the war, and Mao has years of unhappiness before he finds the perfect owners and his love again. He is a likeable gallant gentleman, who will delight you with his antics, angers and intelligence. Occasionally sentimental, but never sloppy.
