FELICITA

A Berkeley Square theme in a story of an author who retires to an old Southern mansion, and recreates the characters and the incidents and the atmosphere. It has been done before -- the outcome is predictable when he creates a girl and can find for her no shadow lover. There is a certain charm of mood, but the whole thing is slight and ephemeral.
