BLOOD ON THE MIDNIGHT SUN

In this collection of episodes and incidents from the five year period of Hitler's unjustified occupation of Norway, some of the people involved in the Norwegian Underground are spotlighted at the height of their adventurous activity. Operation Gold Transport snatched the entire Norwegian gold reserve from under Nazi noses and the internationally famous exploit of the destruction of the German nuclear research canter is described. Combining adventure and historical reporting, this is one of the best among the emerging documentaries of the period.
