THE LITTLE SCOUTS IN ACTION

Familiar to Post readers, these cartoons depicting scouts from all angles have an established -- though not, I should think, a very wide market. However, the audience for books of cartoons seems an ever-expanding one. The best deal with sly poking of fun at the scoutmaster, ""Mr. Johnson""; the scouting activities come in for their sideswipes: -- scrap drives, salvage, daily good deeds, winning of merit badges, hikes, camping, and so on. Plus juvenile sale, maybe.
