Radhakrishnan stands among the great men of our time by the sheer range and diversity of his thought and activity. Formerly Professor in Oxford, Ambassador from India to Russia, Chairman of UNESCO, he is now President of the Republic of India and at the same time one of the great exponents of Hindu thought.
