by Sebastien Japrisot ‧ RELEASE DATE: July 1, 1969
M. Japrisot writes slicks for the flicks (The Sleeping Car Murders, etc.) of which this is one--in fact barely more than a scenario with a little dubbed-in dialogue. It's about Propp, a Foreign Legionnaire, and Barran, a released army medic who agrees to return some securities to a company safe underground for a young woman he hardly knows. But someone else has previously cracked it and left a dead guard -- crimes for which Barran is obviously the live victim. . . Japrisot acknowledges he's ""put everything in the motor"" and except for some fast takes and double takes, it's quickly over.
