YOUNG BUCKSKIN SPY

Told personally, these are episodes in the life of one David Bell, a young colonial in the service of the loyalists during the Revolutionary War. With his home in Scottsburg, David joins up as a spy at the point when Burgoyne is making his offensive down the Hudson. He and his friend Big Tom meet with varying success and excitement in their forays until they end up with Washington's army at Valley Forge, firm in their faith for victory to come. Average, but adequate.
