Sitting Bull, leading spirit and chief of all the Sioux Bands, victim of White Supremacy, is one of the most moving and interesting of Indian leaders. Driven with his people from his own land by the absorbing land-hunger of the early Americans, Sitting Bull was a great leader who tried to save his people from extinction. Wyoming of covered wagon days, and one of the great problems that the young U.S. had to solve and didn't ever quite manage.
