FLYING HORSESHOE RANCH

A western fantasy in which young Steve, who Just happens to be in the right mood and locality, suddenly finds himself on Flying Horseshoe Ranch and ready for the adventures that follow. Dee, its owner and a tall, slim cowboy, shows Steve around when he arrives and then invites him to make a ringer with the magic flying horseshoe. If Steve does, he can have any horse on the ranch and train it for his own. Minor setbacks, while Steve waits for the return of the horseshoe and fears that a palomino colt will be an ugly duckling, are smoothed out for a happy ending. Light as the western fleece clouds.
