THE SONS OF VULCAN

Undisguised and pretty unrelieved account of the mine and metal workers from ancient times, when they were held in fear and awe and disfavor, to the present. Mines, ancient and modern; arms; the forging of iron and steel, etc. Purely informative, but undramatic in the telling. It certainly won't intrigue anyone not already interested in the subject.
