Swallow another thorazine and start thinking what if -- all those dangerous characters behind bars were free to walk the streets with a rifle? Like Frank Sisson who has tried to take his life and who surely will kill someone else (he does -- twice) after the Supreme Court has decided that he's been deprived of due process. A lawyer and an attractive lady psychiatrist -- who knows that he's an XYY type -- regretfully view his seizure by a hokey evangelist Doctor Mot who stomps for ""crazy power"" and is in fact power crazy himself. All of this unlooses a national hue and cry without pausing for sensibilities (words like looneyys and boobyyhatch) and some of the not inconsiderable action takes place on television. As it no doubt could.
