HOW WILL YOU FEEL TOMORROW?

Dr. Silverman is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and he has based this book on his clinical experience of prefatory emotional symptoms to the physical dysfunctions which usually follow. How new it really is depends on your familiarity with the psychosomatic aspects of diseases although you'll find more than migraines or ulcers here -- cancer, mumps, and afflictions of any target organ. Much of this also stetro from stress beginning with school and ending with retirement and the ways in which you respond to difficult situations (depression, rage, remorse with of course the omnipresent anxiety). Theory and common sense applied -- to help you pay attention to what you are feeling psychically or physically.
