WATER ON THE BRAIN

An accomplished inventor of nightmare physiography and an expert in the impossible and nonsensical -- in his second book of cartoons, which feature the military in ridiculous situations, comment on castaways, on orchestra, card playing, prize fighting, dentists and doctors, children, servicemen's souvenirs, Japanese and German imbrglice, impasses, etc. Full page and strip-series, these, because of outlandish characters are not everyone's idea of humor. But the ideas are there for some good laughs.
