TRY LIVING

A psychologist's approach to a philosophy of living to the fullest, with a basic theory that this is achieved by first, doing the thing you want to do and enjoy doing, and second, learning to enjoy doing some of the other contributing things which are necessary. Sound doctrine, and a doctrine which should appeal. He has made it seem practicable and workable, and the practice points at the end of each section give it the aspect of a serious game. His three main sides to the triangle of life are living, loving, laughing. He charts roads to each.
