BEAUTY QUEEN

Vermont's Beauty Queen, Kirby Whitehead, proves in a fashion which will meet with the approval of teen aged readers that beauty is more than skin deep when she foregoes her own chance to be national queen at the contest in Atlantic City so that little Miss Wyoming may succeed. Her stay in Atlantic City solves romantic and vocational problems for Kirby. The author served as hostess to the Miss America Pageant. The coke set will probably like it, slight as it is.
