Report repeated from page 96 of the February 1st issue, as follows:""In this series which has included a family and baby care book, this handles its practical material in personal fashion and covers the complete cycle in terms of what you need to know, and what you will need to do. The physiology and first symptoms of pregnancy; finding the right doctor; natural birth versus anesthesia; diet and grooming and clothes; the expenses, and what you will need for yourself- for the baby; the changes in your system and possible disturbances; working- before and after; the actual delivery; and the father's part in all of these happy anticipations and preparations- this is of course not the first book of its kind (Featheringill's Primer for Pregnancy-Simon & Schuster- 1951- was probably the most recent) but the new mother-to-be will find it cheerful and helpful.
