DREAMS ARE FOR TOMORROW

By

Publisher: Lippincott

a small New Hampshire village, Churchill Fairfield, a plumber, has always dreamed of a farm- just such a one as wealthy Mrs. Allison has; while his wife artha, still dreams of a baby, denied her through the years. Just when she gives p hope, Hilary, eighteen, not only illegitimate and orphaned, but also a mother-to-be, is brought to her and Martha gives her a home and is only too happy to adopt the aby, in spite of Church. In between, there's the psychiatric counseling of young ather Appleby, who falls in love with Hilary, and the even stronger miracle-working prayer of faith"" of another man of God, so that along with the dreams which come rue, there are those of the past which can be relinquished.... Plumb plain folks, unny sentimentality, and a religious upsweep make this an irrefutably safe choice which is likable as well.
