A quasi-lyrical, semi-poetic evocation of one early winter week's weather--when the weather changes from day to day and so do pastimes and moods. It's the sort of thing Duvoisin and Tresselt might have made something of once, merely with a few strong images and a single line of descriptive text for each. Here, however, the text is both purposeful (reiterating ""What will the weather bring?"") and vaporous--plus a repository of weather-story clichÉs (even to snow angels). And the pictures, mostly in a smudgy deep blue, have a similar somber aspect no matter what the weather.
