THE WAVE HANGS DARK

About the only thing this suspense novel lacks is a tidal wave. It has bombs, bludgeonings, knifings, drownings, suffocation, a romance hot enough to sizzle underwater and ninety-day wet suit wonders. Hero Simon Algive, an ex-bomb disposal officer, becomes involved in an attempt to salvage a sunken fortune that happens to be surrounded by some 6000 tons of high explosives. Unbelievable ballast.
